Our Fundamentals program is a one-on-one informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to GW Performance. We’ll guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarised with proper mechanics and technique. During these sessions work with your coach to set goals, talk nutrition, and work together to prepare you to move on to the next step, whether that’s continuing 1:1 sessions or graduating into our group classes. Fundamentals is designed to ensure your success — there’s no set schedule or timeline. Gain confidence and competency in your movement by enrolling in our CrossFit Fundamentals.

Our traditional CrossFit workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilise them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.
Specialised Strength and Conditioning is designed to help you build the fastest route to your goal. Whether your goal is for fat loss, athletic performance enhancement, or increased muscle mass and strength, our coaches with decades of experience combined will tailor a program specifically for you.
Our restorative Connect class combines yoga and gymnastics fundamentals to develop mobility, stability and core strength. Flexibility is a key element to a wellness regimen that is often overlooked. Connect complements your CrossFit classes or Specialty S&C program, as well as various sport specific training. Mobility and core strength are heavily emphasised for stability and balance to help you move in and out of lifts and explosive movement with greater ease.
