  • CrossFit

    Our traditional CrossFit workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilise them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

  • Specialised Strength & Conditioning

    Specialised Strength and Conditioning is designed to help you build the fastest route to your goal. Whether your goal is for fat loss, athletic performance enhancement, or increased muscle mass and strength, our coaches with decades of experience combined will tailor a program specifically for you.

  • Fundamentals

    Our Fundamentals program is a one-on-one informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to GW Performance. We’ll guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarised with proper mechanics and technique. During these sessions work with your coach to set goals, talk nutrition, and work together to prepare you to move on to the next step, whether that’s continuing 1:1 sessions or graduating into our group classes. Fundamentals is designed to ensure your success — there’s no set schedule or timeline. Gain confidence and competency in your movement by enrolling in our CrossFit Fundamentals.

    The Recovery Lab is your one stop shop for all things recovery and regeneration. Let’s face it, as athletes, we put our bodies under tremendous demands in the weight room, at practice, and in the game.

    Much like any other well-oiled machine, we are all bound to experience some breakdowns and short circuits from time to time. Athletic injuries are no joke, and effective injury management is crucial to all successful athletes and teams.

    With the Recovery Lab in your corner, together we can unlock your athletic potential through targeted injury prevention, evaluation, and Reconditioning.  Stay in the game and off the injured list with Recovery Lab.

  • Osteopathy

    Dayne graduated his Masters degree in Osteopathy with distinction at RMIT University. Since his studies he has been quite active in his continued professional development, learning relentlessly and honing his skills practically.
    Dayne returned to RMIT in 2016 as tutor for the teaching of manipulation techniques. He has always had a knack for explaining complex concepts, especially regarding the human body in a simple and logical fashion. This helps his patients understand what is happening with their body, why they’re feeling what they are and what can be done about it.
    His approach to diagnosis and treatment is methodical and holistic and his focus is on effective relief of pain in the short term but creating healthier biomechanics and movement patterns to achieve long term sustainability. Dayne has a keen interest in treating and managing conditions which span from postural issues associated with sedentary desk work to sporting or activity related injuries.
    In conjunction with skilful application of manual therapy Dayne offers postural advice, movement retraining and exercise rehabilitation methods to help get you moving well and feeling well for the long term.”
